One Night in Arkansas, tornadoes, hail and rain knocked out power and left people without electricity. Having just putting cookie dough into a simple oven, I quickly thought of an alternative way to get the job done. Most people would’ve called it a night, but I didn’t. I went outside and started my smoker, placed the cookies on the grate and awaited my fate. Taking the cookie out of the grill, I sat in amazement at how well they looked. After Plating the cookie, I discovered the bottom was extra charred.

That accident wasn’t just survival; it was the start of Smoked Cookie.

The Grind

What started as a wild experiment turned into your signature. I took those smoked cookies to markets and saw people light up after the first bite. Not baked. Not fried. Smoked. Fresh off the grill, with fire and flavor in every bite.

From there, I hustled hard:

  • Selling at farmers markets and food truck events

  • Perfecting flavors like Smoked S’mores, Smoky Mountain Sugar, and Smoked Chocolate Chip

  • Wrapping them in eye-catching packaging like cigar boxes to match the bold vibe

Each weekend, Smoked Cookie built a following. People didn’t just want cookies; they wanted the experience.
